Made to Order

Every Vynni piece is made after you order it. Please allow 1–2 weeks for crafting, then 1–2 business days for packing and shipping.

Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on your first order within Canada with code WELCOME_VYNNI. After that, and for orders outside Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties & U.S. Tariffs

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country.

For U.S. customers: small packages no longer enter the U.S. duty-free. Every order shipped to the U.S. may be charged import duties or tariffs, regardless of order value. Rates are set by U.S. authorities and can change without notice.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are paid by the customer upon delivery. Vynni Jewelry is not responsible for customs delays.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items can be reported within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
